Everyone is a builder in a shared ManyChat workspace, walking around and shipping tasks. But one or two of you are Rogue Bots — quietly archiving people and breaking things.

Nobody is told who. You work it out by watching where people go, who was alone with whom, and who is lying about it afterwards.

Rogue count scales with the room: 1 rogue under 7 players, 2 at 7–12, 3 at 13+. The host can override it in the lobby.

Your job is the Builds shipped bar at the top. Fill it and the builders win outright — you never have to catch anyone.

Doing a task

1. Check your task list, top-left. Each one names the room it's in.
2. Walk there. The station glows yellow when it's one of yours.
3. Stand on it and press E.

The eight consoles

Staying alive

• You can see about 310px around you, and not through walls. So can they.
• Being alone with one other person is how you die. Move in pairs when you can.
• Watching someone actually complete a task clears them — the bar moves. A rogue standing at a station does nothing to it.

When something breaks

Rogue Bots can sabotage the workspace. Drop what you are doing and deal with it — especially Mass Unsubscribe, which ends the game if it runs out.

• Mass Unsubscribe — two consoles light up red at opposite corners of the map. Both must be held at the same time, so it takes two of you. Stand on one and press E. One person sprinting between them cannot do it.
• Meta API Outage — your vision collapses. Theirs doesn't. Do not wander off alone until it lifts.
• Workspace lockdown — doors seal for about 20 seconds. Check whether you have just been shut in with someone.

If you find a body

Stand next to it and press R to flag it. That calls everyone in. Remember where you found it and who you last saw nearby — that's the whole case you'll be arguing on Zoom.

You get a task list like everyone else. It's fake. Completing your tasks moves nothing — but standing at a station pressing E looks exactly like working, and that's your disguise. Use it.

Archiving someone

Press Q or hit the red button. It only fires when:

The button counts your cooldown down live. When a kill lands you step onto the victim's exact spot, so you're never caught standing awkwardly beside a fresh body — walk away in any direction.

Your cooldown resets after every meeting. The seconds right after everyone scatters are your best window.

Sabotage — press X

Your second weapon, and usually the better one. One sabotage at a time, then a 30-second cooldown shared across the whole rogue team. It works from anywhere on the map — you do not have to be near anything.

Advantages you have

• Wider vision — 380px against the builders' 310px. You see them first.
• You know your teammates. Named at the start. You can't archive each other, and the button won't light up on them, so you can't slip up.
• Fake tasks. Your list looks identical and ticks off as you complete it, but it never moves the shared bar. Standing at a console pressing E is the cheapest alibi in the game.

The dirty tricks

• Self-report. Archive someone, then press R on your own victim. Nobody suspects the reporter, and you get to steer the whole discussion.
• Call a standup to interrupt a builder who's about to finish their tasks, or to manufacture an alibi.
• Vote with the crowd. Piling onto an innocent alongside everyone else is free cover — and every wrong ejection does your job for you.

Watch the top bar. If the builders are shipping fast you have to get aggressive, even when it's risky.

A meeting starts when someone flags a body (R) or calls a standup (F at the blue ! button in Flow Builder). Everyone is pulled back to the middle of the map.

Voting

• You get one vote and you can't change it.
• Click a player to accuse them, or Skip vote if you're not convinced.
• While the ballot is open you can see who has voted — but not who they picked. Nobody can follow the crowd.
• Most votes gets ejected. A tie ejects nobody. If skips match or beat the leader, nobody goes.
• The meeting ends early once everyone has voted.

After the vote

Every ballot is revealed. You see each player with the colours of everyone who voted for them, skips and abstentions included, and your own vote is outlined so you can find it. Then the ejection, whether they were a Rogue Bot, and how many remain.

Standups are limited — one each by default. Spend it when it counts.

Every action also has an on-screen button, bottom-right. Buttons only appear when the action is actually available — if you can't see Use, you're not close enough to a station of yours.

Finding your way

• Minimap, top right — the whole workspace. Rooms you have work in glow yellow, your outstanding tasks are yellow dots, and the white ring is you. It deliberately never shows other players.
• Yellow arrow at the edge of the screen points to your nearest task, with the room name and distance.
• Room names turn yellow and say YOU HAVE WORK HERE when one of your consoles is inside.

Reading the screen

• Top bar — shared build progress, your objective, and your role.
• Top left — your task list, with the room each one lives in. Click the header or press T to collapse it. Panels fade automatically when you walk behind them.
• End round (host only, top right) — pulls everyone back to the lobby mid-round. Takes two clicks so nobody does it by accident.
• Glowing yellow station — a task of yours. Grey stations belong to someone else.
• Pulsing red console — a Mass Unsubscribe terminal. Stand on it, press E, and hold. It turns green once someone is on it.
• Red striped doorway — a sealed door. You are not getting through until the lockdown lifts.
• Blue ! circle — the standup button, in the middle of Flow Builder.
• 🗑 name — an archived player. Get next to it and press R.

Desktop keyboard only for now — play it on a laptop, not your phone. It's fine to have it in a browser window beside your Zoom call.

What you'll hear

The soundtrack shifts with what's happening — calm in the lobby, a low pulse while you're working, something considerably less calm when a Rogue Bot breaks something, and a ticking clock during meetings.

There are no audio files. Every note and effect is generated in your browser, so there's nothing to download and nothing to wait for on a slow connection.
